The NCLE Practice Quizzes are designed to help you practice NCLE concepts a little every day. These are NCLE Practice Test–style questions, structured to reinforce exam readiness gradually and effectively.
For best results, we recommend completing one quiz per day for 30 days. A little practice every day is far more effective than cramming all at once.
Each quiz includes approximately 20 questions covering:
Ocular anatomy
Corneal layers
Palpebral structures
Precorneal tear film
Regular vs. irregular astigmatism
With-the-rule vs. against-the-rule astigmatism
Astigmatic refractive errors
Toric rotation – LARS
Transposition
Circle of least confusion (spherical equivalent)
Vertex distance compensation
Rigid gas permeable fitting – SAMFAP
Base curve conversion
Fluorescein patterns
Pathology
Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act
Slit lamp illuminations
Contact lens solutions
Patient care and follow-up
Procedures and instrumentation
Throughout the program, you’ll receive occasional study check-ins and reminders via text message to help keep you consistent and on track.
